This intensive, two-day course presents intent comprehension of the IATF 16949:2016 and audit requirements. This includes IATF 16949:2016 Technical Specification (TS 16949:2009), Terms, Concepts, Principles, Elements of Core Tools Application, Audit Requirements, Qualities required by Auditors, Auditing Difficulties, and Standard Interpretation Difficulties.
This Internal Auditor training course has the primary objective of making participants understand the requirements, the terms, concepts, and principles involved in the standard, and comprehend the intent of the standard. The course covers a detailed explanation on auditing challenges, understanding challenges, interpretation challenges, implementation challenges, challenges due to the prescriptive nature of the standard IATF 16949:2016.
Finally, the course emphasizes the effective methods of documented information and the advantages of, a, simplified and comprehensive one level documentation. This One level Documentation is an evidence-based system which offers proof of implementation for the standard’s requirements. This 2-day internal auditor training course includes mock exercises to make the participants confident about what they have learned and apply them in their work area right away.
