Biography
David’s common-sense approach and technical background in food safety software, food safety audit management has allowed him to develop a consulting approach that produces shorter implementation and certification times. David has supported and brought over 100+ food service clients seeking GFSI certification to successful implementation. His focus is a business-driven initiative of food safety management systems to ensure food facilities are audit ready daily. He has worked supporting both auditors and certification bodies in the scheduling and category management for all levels of GFSI, FDA, 3rd party addendum (Cosco, etc), SMETA and GMP certification. He has been entrusted to develop and train QA/QC Technicians and practitioners for many of his clients. His current clients include Bakery, Snack Food Processing facilities, Fruit, Fruit Juices, Recipe Meals Manufacture, Manufacture of Dietary Supplements, Food Ingredient Manufacture, just to name a few.
David is HACCP, PCQI, Traceability, and Internal Audit Certified and has become the key recommended food-safety and 3rd party consultant contact for his clients nationwide.
