Mr. Matthews is an active AS9100 Auditor, ISO 9001 Auditor, Instructor and Consultant with over 200+ audit days. Mr. Matthews has instructed ISO 9001 – Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor, AS9100 Lead Auditor, Transition and Internal Auditor Courses under contract to AQS (A DEKRA Company) for American Society Quality (ASQ).

A retired aerospace professional Mr. Matthews has served in various executive positions. As VP Quality and Documentation he led in obtaining and maintaining AS9100B, then AS9100C certification.  As, VP Manufacturing for a producer of flight data recording systems for high performance aircraft,  he managed  three departments, production, purchasing and materials while defining and tracking department metrics to ensure attainment of corporate goals.

Mr. Matthews managed the development of an internally networked “Document Management System”, while serving as Program Manager on several international flights recorder developments for international clients. 

Mr. Matthews’ thirty five years of experience in aerospace, space  and telecommunications  as an  Applications Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Development Manager,  Project Manager,  Account Manager,  Sales Manager , Small  Business Owner and Sr. Executive have been fundamental in enabling delivery of experienced based consulting, insightful instruction and  “Value Added” auditing.

Mr. Matthews is an Earned Value Management Professional.
