His niche areas are: Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems (ISO,TL 9000,TS 16949), Compliance to Information Security (ISO 27001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), Corporate social responsibility, Operational Excellence, Strategic Planning & Business Continuity Plans.

Some of his accomplishments are: Led Major Business Transformations through Championing Lean Six Sigma Methods, Implemented Quality Management Systems in a variety of Industries including Multi site Registrations spanning several thousands of employees globally in the Telecom Industry, Implemented Business Excellence Models (Malcolm Baldridge Award Process) for a major corporation (Annual Revenues $100 bn) covering more than 100 companies..
