- A structured screen-reader pass across landmarks, navigation, forms, and feedback has not been completed.
- Contrast matrix
- A measured contrast pair matrix covering every surface and state, including inverse surfaces, has not been produced.
- Zoom and reflow at 200%
- Reflow has been checked informally but not verified systematically at 200% zoom.
- Form error recovery
- The contact form is a non-transmitting stub; its error summary and focus recovery behaviour will be verified when a real endpoint exists.
