What this site collects, and who processes it.

An accurate description of the site as built rather than a general template. Three third parties receive data: Google for analytics, Netlify for hosting and the contact form, and Fillout for training registration. QSE serves clients in the United States and the United Kingdom, so this covers the rights available under both. Every statement here can be checked against the site as delivered.

What is collected

Each thing this site does with your data.

Every statement below can be checked against the site as delivered.

01

Analytics — Google Analytics 4, only if you accept

Nothing is loaded until you agree. If you accept, the site loads Google Analytics (measurement ID G-C5M0F015E0) from googletagmanager.com, which sets cookies and sends Google a page-view event containing the page address, page title, referrer, approximate location derived from your IP address, and browser and device details. QSE sees aggregated reports; Google processes the underlying data on its own terms. If you decline, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set — the site behaves identically. You can change your answer at any time below.

02

Contact form — Netlify Forms

Submitting the form on the contact page sends your name, work email, company, the standard or requirement selected, your target timing, and your message to Netlify, which stores the submission and emails it to QSE. Your email address is used as the reply-to so QSE can respond. A hidden field and Netlify's spam filtering are used to reject automated submissions.

03

Training registration — Fillout

The registration form on the training pages is hosted by Fillout and embedded from server.fillout.com. What you enter goes to Fillout before it reaches QSE, on Fillout's terms, and includes the attendee details the form asks for.

04

Hosting and server logs — Netlify

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any host, it records requests for operation and security, which includes IP addresses. Retention is governed by Netlify rather than by QSE.

05

Where the data goes

All three processors are United States companies, so information submitted through this site is transferred to and stored in the US. Each publishes its own safeguards for international transfers, and QSE relies on those. If you would rather not have your information leave your own jurisdiction, use the telephone number below instead of the form.

06

What the site does not do

There are no advertising or social tracking pixels, no cross-site profiling, and no fonts fetched from third parties — typefaces are served from this domain. Nothing on the site is sold or shared for advertising.

Lawful basis

Why QSE is allowed to hold each of these.

QSE has served clients in the United Kingdom, so UK data-protection law applies to visitors from there as well as US law to visitors here. The basis differs by purpose.

Analytics
Your consent. Nothing loads until you accept, and you can withdraw it at any time below — withdrawing stops collection immediately.
Enquiries you submit
Taking steps at your request before entering a contract. You asked QSE to respond, and the information is what is needed to do that.
Server logs
Legitimate interests — operating the site securely and diagnosing faults. Not used to build a profile of you.

Your rights

What you can ask QSE to do.

Write to info@enhancequality.com. Requests are answered within 30 days and QSE does not charge for them.

Access
A copy of what QSE holds about you.
Correction
Have anything inaccurate put right.
Deletion
Have it erased, unless QSE is required to keep it.
Restriction and objection
Ask QSE to stop using it, or object to a use resting on legitimate interests.
Portability
Receive what you provided in a portable format.
Withdraw consent
Turn analytics off at any time. It takes effect immediately, not on your next visit.

Visitors in the United Kingdom may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. QSE would rather hear from you first and put it right.

Your choice

Change your analytics answer.

Your answer is stored in this browser only — not in a cookie, and not sent anywhere. Reopen the choice to change it, or clear this site’s data in your browser to forget it entirely.

Reaching QSE

Asking about your information.

To ask what QSE holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to info@enhancequality.com. That covers enquiries submitted through this site as well as ordinary business correspondence. Requests concerning analytics data held by Google may need to be made to Google directly.

Enquiries submitted through this site are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless they have become part of an ongoing engagement, in which case they are held under QSE’s normal client-records practice. Access is limited to the people at QSE who handle enquiries. Requests are answered within 30 days.
