This site describes the consulting, training, and auditing services offered by Quality Systems Enhancement, Inc. It is general information about how QSE works. It is not advice for a specific organization, product, market, or requirement.
Pages describing standards, schemes, and regulations explain the work involved in general terms. They do not reproduce, replace, or authoritatively interpret any published standard or regulation. Always work from the current published requirement and qualified interpretation.
QSE acts as consultant, trainer, and internal or second-party auditor. It does not certify organizations. Certification and compliance determinations are made by independent certification bodies, accreditation authorities, or regulators, and nothing on this site commits those parties to any outcome.
Nothing on this site guarantees certification, an audit result, a timeline, or a commercial outcome. Any commitment of that kind would exist only in a signed engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this website.
Content may be incomplete or out of date, and standards and regulations change. Always work from the current published requirement. QSE may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Standard designations, scheme names, and organization names are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement, affiliation, accreditation, or approval by the bodies that own them.
