2 daysChoose by participant outcome
Different roles need different depth and practice.
A useful training recommendation starts with the participants, their current experience, the applicable requirement, and what they must be able to do after the course.

Final course curricula require QSE subject-matter approval. The training model below defines the quality standard for every offering.
- 01
Orient
Establish the purpose, terminology, applicable context, and participant responsibilities.
- 02
Interpret
Work through relevant requirements and the decisions they create in practice.
- 03
Apply
Use scenarios, exercises, process evidence, or audit examples to practice judgment.
- 04
Transfer
Identify next actions, support needs, and how capability will be used after training.
Delivery follows the need
Format and duration are design decisions—not quality claims.
Private-team, remote, in-person, workshop, and blended formats may be appropriate depending on the outcome and participant context. Availability requires confirmation.
- Participant roles and experience

- Desired workplace capability
- Team size, location, and constraints
- Facilitated explanation and discussion
- Contextual scenarios and exercises
- Knowledge checks or observed practice
- Questions, feedback, and transfer actions
Evidence and limitations
Completion is not the same as competence.
Learning outcomes should state what participants can explain, interpret, demonstrate, or plan.
Attendance and completion records must be distinguished from assessment results.
Any certificate wording must accurately describe participation and the assessment performed.
Training alone does not certify an organization, authorize a person beyond the stated scope, or replace supervised workplace application.
Prepare the inquiry
Start with the people and the work.
Share the participant roles, approximate group size, current experience, relevant requirement, desired outcome, preferred timing, and whether examples should connect to your organization’s processes.
Dates, duration, delivery format and prerequisites are confirmed with you when the session is scheduled.

Begin with context
Build capability that transfers into the work.
Tell QSE who needs training, what they must be able to do afterward, and which requirement or operating context is involved.
